Writing & PublishingThe Library

The Library

Where every post, landing page, and resource you make lives, and how to work with them — the Posts, Landing pages, and Resources tabs, search, category filter, sorting, list or grid view, what the badges and numbers on a row mean, the row menu (View page, Copy link, Status, Duplicate, Resend to non-openers, Delete), bulk status and category changes, deleting with Undo, exporting posts as Markdown, importing, and ⌘K search.

Everything you make, in one place

The Library is the first item in the sidebar and the home of everything you publish: every post, landing page, and resource, drafts and live alike. It's where you find something, check how it's doing, and act on it, one at a time or in bulk.

Your Hub has its own item in the sidebar, since there's only one of it.

Making something new

Click Create at the top of the Library and choose Post, Landing page, Resource, or Import posts to bring posts over from another platform (see Migrating to Nashra).

A brand-new workspace opens on a single invitation to make your first thing. Each tab has its own empty state too, like No posts yet with a New post button, so you're always one click from starting.

Finding things

  • Tabs — Posts, Landing pages, and Resources. The Library opens on Posts.
  • Category — On the Posts tab, click the arrow on the tab to show one category, or All categories.
  • Search — Type in Search library at the top to find items by title or name.
  • Sort — Click a column header to sort by Name, by the number column, or by Updated. Click again to flip the order. The Library opens with the most recently edited first.
  • List or grid — Every tab opens as a list. The button at the right of the tabs switches to a grid of cover cards and back, and the Library remembers your choice while you work.

Post ideas from the AI Strategist can sit at the top of the Posts list, marked Suggested. Click one to start a draft from it. See Strategist suggestions.

Reading a row

Each row shows the item's cover, its title, one number, when it was last updated, and, only when something needs your attention, a status badge.

The number depends on the tab:

TabNumberWhat it means
PostsOpens, for example "56% opens"The open rate of the post's first email
Landing pagesViews, plus sign-ups if the page has a subscribe formUnique page views, and subscribers captured on the page
ResourcesSign-upsSubscribers captured through the resource

Numbers show up once there's something to count. A draft, a web-only post, or anything too new to have results shows nothing rather than a zero. For the full picture, including web traffic for every post, open the item in Insights.

Updated reads like you'd say it: a time for today, Yesterday, a weekday for this week, then a date.

Badges mark the exceptions, not the rule. Published and sent items, which are most of your list, go without one. A row shows a badge only when it's:

BadgeMeaning
DraftNot live yet
ScheduledAn email send is queued
UnlistedLive at its link but hidden from your Hub. A post keeps this badge even after it's also gone out by email
AutomationA post an automation sends

In the grid, every card carries its status, since a card has room for it.

A resend to non-openers sits under the post it resends. Expand the original to see it.

Acting on one item

Click a row to open it in its editor. The ⋯ menu at the end of the row has everything else:

  • View page and Copy link — Open the live page, or copy its address. Shown once the item is live.
  • Status — Switch between Published, Unlisted, and Draft. Landing pages have just Published and Draft. Moving a live item between Published and Unlisted happens right away. Publishing a draft post or landing page opens its editor, so you can check the URL and details first.
  • Duplicate — Makes a copy and opens it in the editor.
  • Resend to non-openers — For a sent post. See Resending to non-openers.
  • Delete — See Deleting and Undo.

Acting on many at once

Tick the checkbox on any row or card to start a selection. A bar appears at the bottom of the page with the number selected. To widen the selection, click Select these for everything on screen, then Select all to include every item that matches your current tab, category, and search, even ones you haven't scrolled to.

ActionWorks onWhat it does
Change statusAll typesMoves the selection to Published, Unlisted, or Draft (landing pages: Published or Draft)
Change categoryPostsMoves the selection to one category, or removes it

Press Esc or click ✕ to clear the selection.

Bulk-publishing draft posts gives each one a URL from its title. Empty drafts are skipped, and the confirmation tells you how many. Posts that are already in the chosen state are left alone.

Deleting and Undo

Deleting a post takes it off your site right away, and the confirmation message offers Undo for about ten seconds. Undo brings the post back exactly as it was, including its send history, images, and any resource that sends it as a follow-up.

Deleting a landing page or resource is permanent. There's no Undo, and the confirmation says so.

If a resource sends a post as its follow-up email, the delete confirmation names that resource, so you don't leave it without a follow-up by accident.

Exporting posts

Select the posts you want (or Select all) and click Export. You'll download a ZIP file named with today's date, containing:

  • One Markdown file per post. Each starts with the post's title, slug, status, publish and update dates, category, and public URL, followed by the post itself.
  • posts.csv, an index of the same details in a spreadsheet.

Images and videos stay as links to where they're hosted, which keeps the archive small enough to email. Resends aren't included, since they're copies of posts that already are.

Use it for backups, for moving your writing elsewhere, or for feeding your archive into another tool.

Search everything with ⌘K

Press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) anywhere in the dashboard, outside the editors, to open search. It finds your posts, landing pages, and resources, your subscribers, and your automations, and it jumps to any page in the dashboard, like Insights or Settings → Domains. Press the same keys again to close it.
