Nashra on Your Phone
How to use Nashra on your phone: installing the app on your home screen (iPhone steps in Safari, the Android install button, the QR code on a computer, and Add to home screen in the account menu), the four tabs of the phone app (Home, Content, Hub, Audience) and the send report with resend, which tabs each teammate sees, Open full dashboard, turning on push notifications per device in Settings → Notifications, and which alerts are sent today.
What you get on your phone
Nashra installs on your home screen like an app. It opens on a phone-sized version of your dashboard, built for quick checks: how your last send landed, who wrote to you, and how your audience moved.

The phone app is a smaller door into the same workspace. Writing, design, and settings stay in the full dashboard, one tap away.
Install Nashra
The first time you open the dashboard, Nashra offers the app once. What you see depends on your device.
On iPhone or iPad
The dialog Keep Nashra on your home screen walks you through it in Safari:
Open the Share menu
Tap the Share icon in the Safari bar. In Safari 26 and later, Share sits behind the ··· button, so tap ··· first, then Share.
Add it
Choose Add to Home Screen.
Open it from there
Open Nashra from its new home-screen icon.
On iPhone, push notifications only work once Nashra is on your home screen and you open it from there.
On Android
Once your browser says Nashra can be installed, the dialog shows an Add to home screen button. Tap it and confirm in your browser's own install sheet.
On a computer
You get Nashra on your phone, with a QR code. Point your phone's camera at it to open the phone app. Your phone then offers the install steps above.
If you closed the offer
Closing the dialog with Not now means Nashra won't ask again in that browser. To bring it back, open the account menu and choose Add to home screen on a phone, or Nashra on your phone on a computer. The item disappears once Nashra is installed.
The four tabs
The installed app opens on Home. The tab bar sits at the bottom of the screen.

Home
- Numbers: Subscribers, Opened, and Clicked, for Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. Swipe the cards sideways.
- Needs you: appears only when something does. It flags subscribers who didn't get your last send, and people who wrote to you through your Hub's Contact section.
- Last send: your most recent email, with Delivered, Opened, and Clicked. Tap it to open its send report.
The top of Home shows your workspace name and your photo. Tap your photo for the account menu.
Content
Search, or filter by All, Posts, Resources, or Landing pages. Newest comes first. Only items that still need you get a badge: Draft, Scheduled, or Unlisted.
Tap a sent post to open its send report. Tap anything else to open it in its editor. The ··· on a row holds Open editor, View, and Copy link.
Hub
- Share: Copy link, your phone's share sheet, and a QR code big enough to scan across a table.
- Totals: Visitors and Subscribed here, since your Hub went live. Ranges and breakdowns are in Insights.
- Messages: what visitors sent through your Contact section, with a count of new ones.
- Your sections: tap the eye to hide or show a section. Use ··· → Move up or Move down to reorder.
- Paste a link: add a link to your Hub from its address alone. Nashra uses the page's own title and picture. A video link files itself under Videos.
Edits in the Hub tab change your live Hub straight away. There's no Publish hub step. If you have an open draft in the Hub editor, the same change lands there too.
For design, your photo, and every other setting, tap Open the Hub editor. See The Hub.
Audience
Your subscriber total, with how many joined in the last 7 days. Where they stand splits your list into Showed interest, Engaged, New, and Quiet. Just joined lists your newest subscribers and where they came from.
Every row opens the full Audience page, already filtered to it.
The send report
Open a sent post from Home or Content to see Sent to, Opened, Clicked, and Unsubscribed, plus Bounced and Marked as spam under Delivery. Tap Share to pass the post's link on.
When a resend is possible, tap Resend to … who didn't open. Nashra shows the post, who it goes to, and the sender. Tap Set up the resend to create it and open it in the editor. You send it from there, after one last look. Nothing goes out from the phone app on its own. See Resending to non-openers.
Tabs for teammates
Each teammate sees the tabs their role can open. Hub needs the Automations capability, and Audience and send reports need Publishing. Home and Content are there for everyone. See Team & Roles.
Getting to the full dashboard
On Home, tap your photo and choose Open full dashboard. The same menu has Account, Appearance, and the language switch.
When Nashra is installed, the tab bar also stays at the bottom of full dashboard pages on your phone. Automations, Brand, and Settings stay in the menu.
Push notifications
Push notifications are set up per device.
Open Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. It's in the Account group.
Turn on this device
Under Push notifications, find This device and tap Turn on. Allow notifications when your browser asks.
This device shows On once it works. Tap Turn off to stop push on that device. If you blocked notifications earlier, it shows Blocked, and you turn them back on from your browser's site settings. On an iPhone without Nashra on the home screen, it tells you to add it first.
Choose your alerts
Under Alerts, you choose which alerts reach you. Alerts are personal: each person manages their own, and alerts about the workspace go to the workspace owner.
Today, the alert Nashra sends is Send failed: the workspace owner gets a push when a send fails, in part or in full. Tap it to see why. The other alerts listed there aren't sent yet.
