AI features built into Nashra — a Content Strategist for advice, an in-app assistant for help, and small writing helpers in the editor.

What's included

Nashra has three AI surfaces, each scoped to a specific job:

All AI features support both English and Arabic.

Content Strategist

The Strategist looks at your real numbers — open rates, click rates, engagement trends, segment behavior — and offers concrete suggestions:

  • What kinds of posts your audience actually reads
  • Which subjects to lean into and which are losing attention
  • Who in your audience is at risk of churning, and what to send them
  • When in the week your engagement peaks

Open it from the sidebar or directly from the Strategist tab inside the dashboard. Ask it a question, or use the suggested prompts to start.

The Content Strategist is available on paid plans.

Privacy

The Strategist works only on your own workspace's data — it doesn't see other workspaces, and your content isn't used to train external models.

In-app assistant

A help chatbot trained on Nashra's docs. Available to everyone — paid and free plans alike. Use it for:

  • "How do I connect a custom domain?"
  • "What's the difference between tags and segments?"
  • "Why is my deliverability dropping?"

When the answer is in the docs, the assistant points you to the relevant page so you can read more.

Editor helpers

Small AI helpers built into the post editor:

  • Suggest a slug — Generate a URL-friendly slug from your post title with one click. Tweak the result before saving.
  • Spam check — Score your subject line and content before sending. Flags risky patterns (excessive caps, suspicious phrasing, broken links) so you can fix them before they hurt deliverability.

Bilingual support

Every AI feature speaks fluent English and Arabic. The interface follows your account locale, but you can ask questions in either language and the response will match. Mix-language prompts (Arabic question with English code samples, or vice versa) work too.

Feedback

Every AI response has a thumbs up / thumbs down. Use them — the feedback flows directly to the team and shapes which prompts and suggestions the AI prioritizes next.

Limits

To keep responses fast and reliable, AI features are rate-limited per workspace. If you hit a limit, wait a minute and try again. If you need higher limits, contact support.
