Nashra AI
AI features built into Nashra — an AI Strategist for advice, an in-app assistant for help, and small writing helpers around the editor.
What's included
Nashra has a few AI surfaces, each scoped to a specific job:
AI Strategist
A strategist that reads your data and advises on what to write, how to position pages, and how to grow.
In-app assistant
Ask questions about Nashra and get answers — like having the docs in chat form.
Writing helpers
Small assists around your content — subject-line suggestions, slug suggestions, and a spam check.
Landing page builder
Describe a landing page in plain language and have Nashra draft and edit it for you, block by block.
All AI features work in any language, with RTL support.
AI Strategist
The Strategist looks at your real numbers — open rates, click rates, engagement trends, traffic, segment behavior — and gives concrete, strategic advice across your whole workspace, not just email:
- What kinds of posts your audience actually reads
- How to position a landing page or what to put on your Hub
- Who in your audience is at risk of churning, and what to send them
- When in the week your engagement peaks
- Where your subscribers come from — how signups break down across forms, the Hub, landing pages, Magic Links, the API, imports, and manual adds
- How fast your list is growing and what's driving it
Open it from the Ask Strategist button next to Create on Content in the sidebar (the Library), or from the prompt at the top of Insights. It opens as a side drawer. Ask a question, or use one of the suggested prompts to start — such as "What should I write about next?", "Where do my subscribers come from?", or "Which subject lines work best?". Replies can include a mini scorecard (a single metric with its trend) or a table (for example, your subscriber sources broken down row by row).
When you first open it, the Strategist surfaces Insight cards drawn from your publishing history. Each is tagged by type — an Observation, a Test this idea (with the numbers behind it), a fresh Angle, or an Idea to try. They sharpen as you publish more.
The AI Strategist is available to all signed-in users, on every plan.
Privacy
The Strategist works only on your own workspace's data — it doesn't see other workspaces, and your content isn't used to train external models.
In-app assistant
A help assistant for Nashra itself. Available to everyone. Use it for:
- "How do I connect a custom domain?"
- "What's the difference between tags and segments?"
- "Why is my deliverability dropping?"
When the answer is in the docs, the assistant points you to the relevant page so you can read more.
Writing helpers
Small AI helpers around your content:
- Suggest a subject — In the Send Email dialog, generate a subject line that matches your voice, drawn from your recent posts. Tap the sparkle in the subject field. Works for A/B test variants too.
- Suggest a slug — Generate a clean, URL-friendly slug from your title with one click. For titles in non-Latin scripts, it produces a clean Latin (ASCII) slug. Used for posts, landing pages, and Magic Links.
- Spam check — Score your subject line and content before sending. It flags risky patterns (excessive caps, suspicious phrasing, broken links) so you can fix them before they hurt deliverability.
Landing page builder
Inside the landing page editor, the AI builder turns a plain-language description into a finished page. On a blank page, describe what you want ("a waitlist page for my new course") and it drafts the layout. On an existing page, ask it to add, rewrite, or remove anything ("add an FAQ about refunds"). It's conversational and reads your page's current structure, so it edits in context — and every change lands as a single undoable step you can accept or revert.
Works in any language
Every AI feature works across languages. The interface follows your account locale, but you can ask in whatever language you write in and the response matches. Mixed-language and mixed-direction prompts work too.
Feedback
AI Strategist responses have a thumbs up / thumbs down. Use them — the feedback flows directly to the team and shapes which prompts and suggestions the AI prioritizes next.
Limits
To keep responses fast and reliable, AI features are rate-limited per workspace. If you hit a limit, wait a minute and try again. If you need higher limits, contact support.
