Subscriber tiers
Newsletter and Publisher plans are available in the following subscriber tiers:

Subscriber limits
Only subscribed contacts count toward your limit. Unsubscribed contacts are not counted.
Nashra enforces subscriber limits to keep your workspace within your plan:
- At 80% — A warning banner appears on your dashboard.
- At 100% — Publishing posts and sending campaigns are blocked until you upgrade or reduce your subscriber count.
Your email send quota is 10x your subscriber limit. For example, a 3K tier gets 30,000 sends per month.
Upgrading
Go to Settings > Plan
Open plan settings from your dashboard.
Choose a plan
Compare features and select your plan and subscriber tier.
Add payment
Enter payment details. Nashra uses Stripe for secure processing.
Confirm
New features are available immediately.
Downgrading
Downgrade anytime from Settings > Plan. Your current plan stays active until the billing period ends. Content and data are preserved.
If your subscriber count exceeds the new plan's limit after downgrading, publishing and sending will be blocked until you reduce your subscribers or upgrade again.
Managing billing
From Settings > Plan: view your plan, manage payment methods, access invoices via Stripe's billing portal, cancel, or reactivate.
