How limits work
Only subscribed contacts count toward your limit. Unsubscribed, bounced, and complained contacts are not counted.
- At 80% — A warning banner appears on your dashboard.
- At 100% — New subscribers can still join, but publishing posts and sending campaigns are blocked until you upgrade or reduce your subscriber count.
Your monthly send quota is 10× your subscriber tier. A 3K tier gets 30,000 sends per month.
Upgrading
Open Settings → Plan & Billing
Or click Upgrade anywhere a banner suggests it.
Choose a plan
Compare features and pick a plan and subscriber tier.
Add payment
Stripe handles checkout. Cards and supported regional methods accepted.
Confirm
New features unlock immediately.
Downgrading and canceling
Downgrade or cancel any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Content, subscribers, and settings are preserved either way.
If your subscriber count exceeds the new plan's limit after a downgrade, publishing and sending are blocked until you reduce your subscribers or upgrade again.
Managing billing
From Settings → Plan & Billing:
- View your plan and next billing date
- Update payment methods
- Open Stripe's billing portal to download invoices
- Reactivate a cancelled subscription
- Purchase additional team seats (Newsletter and Publisher only)
