Team & Roles

Invite collaborators to your Nashra workspace, assign role-based permissions, and manage team seats.

Working together

Invite team members to collaborate on content, manage subscribers, build automations, and run the day-to-day. Each member gets their own login and a role that controls what they can do.

Team collaboration is available on all plans. The number of seats included depends on your plan.

Roles

Nashra uses capability-based roles. Pick the smallest set of capabilities a person needs.

OwnerEverything — billing, team, content, settings. One owner per workspace.
Full AccessBrand, blog, domain, and API token settings. Cannot manage team or billing.
PublishingCreate and edit posts, send campaigns, manage subscribers and segments.
AutomationsCreate and manage automations.

All members can read settings and access the dashboard.

Owner-only actions

The workspace owner is the only person who can:

  • Invite, remove, and change roles for team members
  • Resend or cancel pending invitations
  • Manage billing, subscriptions, and seat purchases

Inviting team members

Open Settings → Team

Find the team management page in your dashboard.

Send an invite

Enter the email address. The new member receives a link to join your workspace.

Assign a role

Pick a role at invite time. You can change it later.

Pending invitations expire after 7 days. Resend or cancel from Settings → Team.

Managing the team

From Settings → Team:

  • Change a role — Open a member's menu and pick a new role. Changes apply immediately.
  • Remove a member — Their access is revoked. Their author identity and any drafts they own remain in the workspace.
  • Resend an invite — For pending invitations approaching expiry.
  • Cancel an invite — Revoke before it's accepted.

Sending identities for team members

Each team member can have their own sending identity — their name and email address in the "from" field. Identities use your verified sending domain. See Sending Domain.

Each sending identity must use a unique email address within the workspace.

Seats and pricing

The number of included seats depends on your plan:

Adding extra seats

Need more than your plan includes? On Newsletter and Publisher plans, the owner can purchase additional seats from Settings → Plan. Pricing and limits are shown there.

Leaving a workspace

A team member can leave a workspace at any time from Settings → Account. The workspace owner cannot leave their own workspace — they must transfer ownership first or delete the workspace.
