Working together
Invite team members to collaborate on content, manage subscribers, and run automations.
Team collaboration is available on all plans. The number of team members depends on your plan.

Inviting team members
Only the workspace owner can invite, remove, or manage team members.
Go to Settings > Team
Open team settings from your dashboard.
Invite by email
Enter their email address. They receive a link to join your workspace.
Assign a role
Choose their permissions level.
Pending invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend an invitation from Settings > Team if it expires.
Roles & permissions
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — settings, billing, team management, and all content. Only one owner per workspace. |
| Full Access | Update brand settings, blog settings, domains, and API tokens. Cannot manage team members or billing. |
| Publishing | Publish posts and send campaigns. |
| Automations | Create and manage automations. |
All team members can view settings (read-only) and access the dashboard regardless of their role.
Owner-only actions
The workspace owner is the only person who can:
- Invite and remove team members
- Change member roles
- Resend or cancel pending invitations
- Manage billing and subscription

Author identities
Each team member can have their own author identity — the "from" name and email used when sending newsletters. Identities can be created and managed from the email send dialog or in domain settings.
Each author identity must use a unique email address within your workspace.

Additional seats
Need more than your plan includes? Go to Settings > Plan and purchase extra seats as an add-on at $10/month per seat (available on Newsletter and Publisher plans).
